My client is a well-established Wealth Management Practice and they now have an exciting opportunity for an efficient, organised and professional administrator to join their team.

 

The role

 

·         To apply for the Letters of Authority/Policy Services and follow these procedures through until completion. 

·         To obtain information from product providers on existing client policies as required

·         Update IT database with client details

·         Process all trust documentation as directed by the paraplanners and follow through to issue stage.

·         To deal with administration relating to death certificates, changes of trustees, changes of client address and deeds

·         To work as part of the administration support team and be flexible, by prioritising tasks and having discussions with paraplanners and other colleagues on a regular basis.

·         To cover reception duties on a daily basis and over holiday periods

·         To deal with incoming telephone calls

·         File Preparation ready for Review Meetings.

·         Review Letters following Review Meetings.

 

The Person

 

·         Professional manner, with outstanding client skills, both face to face and on the telephone

·         Highly organised

·         IT literate

·         Accurate and able to work to deadlines

·         Able to work alone and also within a team environment

·         Good standard of literacy

·         Previous experience working within a professional administration office is essential

·         Experience within financial services would be an advantage
