My client is a very well established and expanding Wealth Management company

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Chief Executive’s Office for a Personal Assistant to pro-actively support the Chief Executive. The Chief Executive has strategic leadership responsibility for the company and has advises to a portfolio of high net worth clients.

This is an important role where the PA is often considered to be the voice and the face of the Chief Executive, both internally and externally. The post holder will be a member of the team supporting the Chief Executive’s Office, and the in house team of financial advisers, committed to providing first-class client service in a fast-moving and confidential environment.

The role requires the PA to manage multiple tasks, including complex diary management, projects and the servicing of meetings; therefore requiring excellent literacy and IT skills, first-class attention to detail and an organised and flexible approach. 

The Person

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working at this level and be able to demonstrate the use of initiative and sound judgment on providing solutions to problems, anticipating the needs of the Chief Executive, including the provision of briefings, where required. Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry is highly desirable.


The role requires a high level of organisation, prioritisation and communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to maintain a calm and professional manner within a busy team environment. There will be a regular need to engage with clients and both internal and external contacts.
