Administrator – Wealth Management

Part time role – 3 – 4 days
Salary: c£20,000 per annum

My client is a high
profile, Wealth Management company, based near Derby, and they are looking to
appoint a Business Support Administrator, to provide administrative support to
the Principal, Senior Paraplanner and the Practice Manager.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
To apply for the Letters of Authority/Policy Services
and follow these procedures through until completion.
To obtain information from product providers on existing
client policies as required
To assist with the initial report process for the
Principal and the paraplanners.
Update IT database on receipt of Client Review Update
Check all suitability letters produced by the
paraplanners prior to business submission and get the packs ready for
presentation to the client.
Process all trust documentation as directed by the paraplanners
and follow through to issue stage.
To deal with administration relating to death certificates,
changes of trustees, changes of client address and deeds.
To cover for the Practice Manager during holidays and
be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls when the Practice
Manager is unavailable.
Comply with FSA regulations,
compliance, T&C, TCF, AML and financial crime procedures at all times.
To keep an up-to-date record
of any training and development undertaken
To keep up-to-date with
current legislation changes.
To work as part of the administration team and be
flexible, by prioritising tasks and having discussions with paraplanners on a
experience working within a financial services / wealth management organisation
life, pension and investment products
manner, with outstanding client skills
able to work to deadlines
qualifications will be a distinct advantage
