Client Relationship Administrator – Wealth Management

Northampton (our Ref AL710)

Salary: c£21,000 + benefits package


My client is a well established and well regarded private wealth management firm, and they have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced administrator to join their team.


The Role:

·         Processing new business including obtaining initial quotations, checking and sending off application forms, monitoring and chasing all outstanding items, and issuing policy documentation on completion.

·         Preparing client valuations - gathering details of client holdings and updating database accordingly.

·         Build and maintain relationships through close communication (both verbal and written) with internal Consultants, insurance companies/providers and clients.

·         Creating and maintaining client files and records.

·         Meet and greet Clients.

·         To maintain confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken and ensure that all confidential material is stored according to policies and procedures.


Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience required



·         A minimum of B grades in English and Mathematics at GCSE.

·         Be computer literate, competent with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

·         Be an experienced administrator.



·         Certificate in Financial Administration/Certificate in Financial Planning, or be prepared to work towards this within an agreed timescale.

·         Comprehensive industry experience/knowledge – SIPPs, GPPs, PFW etc.

·         Have experience working within an IFA or insurance company.

·            Good organisation skills.

·            Be a good "team player".

·            Be able to work under their own initiative and manage priorities/deadlines.
