Relationship Administrator – Wealth Management

My client is
a well established and well regarded private wealth management firm, and they
have an exciting new vacancy for an experienced administrator to join their
new business including obtaining
initial quotations, checking and sending off application forms, monitoring and
chasing all outstanding items, and issuing policy documentation on completion.
client valuations - gathering
details of client holdings and updating database accordingly.
maintain relationships through close communication (both verbal and written)
with internal Consultants, insurance companies/providers and clients.
and maintaining client files and records.
maintain confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken and ensure that all
confidential material is stored according to policies and procedures.
A minimum of B
grades in English and Mathematics at GCSE.
literate, competent with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Financial Administration/Certificate in Financial Planning, or be prepared to
work towards this within an agreed timescale.
industry experience/knowledge – SIPPs, GPPs, PFW etc.
working within an IFA or insurance company.
communicate well – both verbal and written.
